AI proposals for promotional products Early access

The proposal is the conversation.

proposal.today turns a client brief into a branded, priced merch proposal. Then you and your client shape it together in one live link: comments on the product, options side by side, pricing that stays clear, and approval on the version that counts.

Illustrative example, sample data: a live proposal for a sample event. The client asks for the tumbler in navy, the sales rep makes the change in the same proposal at the same price, and the client approves version 4.

Everything a proposal brings together:

  • Brief
  • Products
  • Product pictures
  • Decoration
  • Setup and run charges
  • Quantity breaks
  • Alternatives
  • Comments
  • Versions
  • Approval

The problem

Right now, a proposal is a PDF with an inbox attached.

  1. The brief arrives in pieces.

Budget in one email, quantity on a call, the in-hands date in somebody’s notes. Brand colors and product preferences turn up last, if at all.

  2. The pricing lives somewhere else.

Product options, decoration charges, setup costs and quantity breaks sit in separate catalogs and spreadsheets, and every quote means pulling them together again.

  3. The yes gets lost.

Requests land in long email threads and revisions pile up as PDFs, until nobody is sure which version the client approved.

One live proposal

proposal.today brings the brief, product selection, pricing, client feedback, revisions and approval into one place that you and your client share.

How it works

From brief to yes, in one place.

One proposal moves through five steps and never turns into an attachment.

  1. 01 Brief

    Forward the brief.

Forward the client’s email or type a short brief. proposal.today pulls out the budget, quantity, event, in-hands date, brand colors and product preferences, and flags what is missing. Your client can answer those questions on their own page before you start.

  2. 02 Draft

    AI drafts from your catalog.

The draft is built from your catalog (imported from a spreadsheet, or searched live in ESP), suppliers, pricing rules, product options and decoration methods: products and their pictures, setup and run charges, quantity breaks and options that fit the budget.

  3. 03 Review

Your team has the final say.

A person on your team reviews and adjusts every draft before it is shared. Swap a product, change a decoration, add an alternative. What the AI wrote stays marked until someone confirms it, and nothing marked can be shared.

  4. 04 Shape

    Shape it with your client.

Your client opens the live proposal from a personal link, no account needed, then comments on a product, asks questions, picks between the alternatives you offered, adds the extras they want and tries quantities. You answer in the same place, where their email replies land too, and the pricing and current version stay clear.

  5. 05 Approve

Approve a version. Hand it off.

The client approves a specific version. You get a clear record of what was accepted and a path to order handoff.

Try it

Your turn. Be the client.

Ask for changes the way a client would and watch the proposal answer. The total reprices as you choose, and each change the rep makes comes back as a new version.

Capabilities

Built for the way merch gets quoted.

  1. Catalog-aware AI drafting

Drafts start from your catalog, your suppliers, your pricing rules and your decoration methods, never from a blank page.

  2. Product selection, branded

Choose the products and present them with their pictures, in a proposal that carries your brand rather than a spreadsheet’s.

  3. Decoration, setup and run charges

Each decoration method brings its setup and run charges with it, shown on the line they belong to.

  4. Quantity breaks and alternatives

The client tries the quantities you offer and sees each price, and alternatives sit next to the original, so they compare instead of asking.

  5. Comments on the item itself

Feedback attaches to the product it is about. “This one, but in navy” never needs explaining twice.

  6. Versions and approvals

Every revision is a version. The client approves a specific one, and the record of what was accepted stays.

  7. A branded workspace per supplier

Each supplier works in its own workspace, with its logo and a cover picture on every proposal it shares, and its own address for the links its clients open.
